Teen Patti Account Hacked — Recovery Steps That Actually Work

A hijacked teen patti or rummy account is usually lost through one of three doors: a shared OTP, a reused password, or a "chips seller" who asked to log in for you. Whichever door it was, the recovery order below is the same — and the first half hour decides whether you get the wallet back.

First 30 minutes

Cut the money first. Open your UPI app and remove or pause the mandate/linked payment method used in the game. Attackers drain wallets before they touch anything else.
Retake the login. Use "Forgot password" with your registered mobile number. If the OTP still comes to your SIM, you win this race — change the password and log out all devices from settings.
If the number was changed, go straight to in-app support / the official care channel and report an account takeover. Include your registered number, last deposit UTR (from your UPI history) and KYC name — those three prove ownership faster than anything else.
Screenshot everything now: wallet balance, transaction history, the intruder's table activity if visible. Evidence disappears once the attacker empties and abandons the account.

Getting money back

Chips or bonus credit taken by an intruder are rarely restored — platforms treat them as played. A pending withdrawal redirected to someone else's UPI is different: report it to the platform with the UTR, and file a complaint on the National Cyber Crime portal (cybercrime.gov.in / helpline 1930) the same day. Banks can freeze fraudulent UPI transfers if the complaint lands within hours, not days.

Hardening the account after recovery

Unique password, not reused from any other app — credential-stuffing from old leaks is the most common entry.
Never share an OTP with anyone, including "support agents" and chip sellers — the platform never asks for it in chat.
