Withdrawal Stuck? 9 Fixes for Rummy & Teen Patti Payout Problems

Nine times out of ten a "stuck" withdrawal is not the app stealing your money — it is one of a short list of checks failing silently. Work down this list in order; each fix includes where to look in the app.

The 9 causes, most common first

  1. KYC not finished. Most apps let you deposit and play before verification but block the first withdrawal until PAN/Aadhaar clears. Fix: complete KYC in profile settings and retry — approval usually takes minutes to a day.
  2. Name mismatch. The name on your UPI/bank account must match your KYC name. A spelling difference or a family member's UPI is the single most common rejection. Fix: withdraw to an account in your own KYC name.
  3. Bonus wagering not met. Signup credit (₹51 etc.) and its winnings stay locked until the play-through is done. The withdrawable figure is shown separately in the wallet — only that part can leave. Fix: check the bonus screen for remaining wagering.
  4. Below minimum / above daily limit. Typical minimum is ₹100; many apps also cap daily payout count or amount. Fix: adjust the amount and note reset time (usually midnight IST).
  5. First withdrawal manual review. Many platforms hand-review the first payout of every account — 24–72 hours is normal once. Fix: wait it out; only chase support after the stated window passes.
  6. UPI handle inactive. Payouts to a deactivated or long-unused VPA bounce back in 2–5 days. Fix: send ₹1 to yourself to confirm the handle works, or add a bank account instead.
  7. Pending game rounds. Money staked at an open table is not withdrawable. Fix: finish or leave all tables and tournaments, then retry.

  9. Platform-side backlog. Big bonus events create payout queues. Fix: check the app's Telegram/notice board; if payouts are quiet for 7+ days across users, stop depositing — that is the one real red flag on this list.

When to escalate

If a withdrawal shows "processed" but nothing arrives in 5 banking days, collect the payout reference/UTR from the transaction screen and raise it with support — the customer care guide lists the working channels. No response in another 72 hours? File on the National Cyber Crime portal with screenshots; reference numbers move tickets.

Give it 5 banking days, then pull the UTR/reference from the app's transaction screen and quote it to both support and your bank — with a UTR either side can trace exactly where the transfer stopped.
Why can I withdraw only part of my balance?
Because bonus credit and its winnings stay locked behind wagering terms. The wallet shows deposit, bonus and withdrawable amounts separately — only the last leaves the app.
Is a 24–72 hour first-withdrawal delay a scam sign?
On its own, no — manual review of the first payout is standard. The red flags are payouts frozen across all users for a week or support that stops replying entirely.
